Need to adjust WooCommerce product prices based on Bitcoin value?

WooCommerce Bitcoin Product Pricer gets the job done fast and efficiently by automatically downloading the current Bitcoin average rates in your store’s currency. And you can select to use the current Bitcoin “bid” or “ask” price, in which currency you prefer.

Here’s how it works: You create products, set the markup amount for each product. With that done, the plugin automatically sets your retail prices based on the markup amount you define. Markup can be defined at a positive number, negative number, positive percentage, or negative percentage.  The plugin supports setting your “Regular” product price, not “Sale” prices.

For example, lets say you want the price of a particular product to be the current Bitcoin asking price plus $50. Simply set your markup amount to 50 and you’re done. Or maybe you want to mark up the price by 10%. No problem, just set your markup amount to 10% and you’re done.  If the current average price of a Bitcoin is $500 USD, and your markup is set to 10%, the product price would become $550. Like, if your markup is set to -400, then the product price would become $100. See the screenshot below for what the settings look like when editing a product.

 

It’s really that easy. The plugin currently obtains rates from BitcoinAverage.com. and you must subscribe to their service to have access to their price feed.
