All of our plugins are licensed for single site use unless your purchase a larger license pack. Our plugins support automatic updates so you can always obtain version updates via your WordPress dashboard on the plugins page when updates are available as long as your license key is valid and active on your site. Licenses and downloads expire after 1 year. You can renew your license before it expires at any time. If you let your license expire then you must purchase a new license at the regular price.
We rely on your to ensure that the suitability of any particular product fits your needs before purchasing. Feel free to contact us via email or phone before you make a purchase to get answers to any questions you may have, or any clarifications you may need. We’re always happy to assist.
Customer support is our #1 top priority. If you need help using our software let us know. Or if find that any of our products contain bugs we will fix them, at no cost to you, as fast as humanly possible. It is your responsibility to notify us of any such errors, and you agree to give us at least 24 hours during normal business days and hours to respond after we receive your notice. Our typical business hours are Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm CST, however we do on many occasions work longer hours and often work weekends and holidays. Feel free to contact us via email or phone any day of the year, at any time, and we will respond as soon as we can, if not immediately.
Please keep in mind that we provide non-tangible irrevocable digital goods and as such we typically do not issue refunds or make exchanges after the purchase is made. However in some instances we do make exceptions. For example, if you find a problem and report it to us, and for some reason we cannot fix it (due to compatibility issues, etc), we’ll refund your money.
We do not offer refunds for “accidental” purchases of the “wrong product”. Contact us if you need information before making your purchase.
When you purchase our any of products you agree to receive occasional email messages from us regarding your license key status and other important notices about our software.
Note that to obtain updates and support you are required to purchase a license for each individual site using our plugins, where “site” is defined as a unique WordPress site ( e.g. each site in a Multisite install counts as one unique site ).
All products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed nor implied. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the IgniteWoo web site or relating in any way to products you purchase through IgniteWoo shall be handled through the jurisdiction and methods of IgniteWoo’s choice, and you agree that the choices made by IgniteWoo shall be binding on all parties and shall be the sole remedy for any actions pertaining to IgniteWoo or products obtained through this site.
Again, please note that each product comes with one full year of support and upgrades, and when you renew your license you’re extending your access to support and upgrades.
